Your Maintenance page helps you ensure that your properties are in top shape. The main things you can do on this page are:
How to submit a maintenance request
Go to the Maintenance page on your Homeowner Dashboard.
Click on All Properties and select a rental property that you wish to manage.
For new maintenance concerns, Add New Request.
Identify the maintenance work issue category and provide related details.
Upload a photo as proof of the maintenance issue.
Once you Submit, a work order will be created.
How to manage work orders
On the Maintenance page, activities are sorted into three tabs: Work Orders, Recurring, and Inspection.
On the Work Orders tab, you will find a list of work orders for all your properties. The list shows the work order number, details, status, priority, and total estimate.
Select a property on the All Properties dropdown menu to view all work orders for that specific property. Once an estimate is ready, you will be asked to approve the work order.
Click on the status filter on the right and choose For Owner Approval. From the list of work orders, you can select one to see all its details. After reviewing all the details, you can approve or reject the work order.
Once a work order is approved, we will schedule a Prime Service Provider to settle your issue.
