Learn what happens after completing your onboarding process

Now that you’ve completed your Onboarding Checklist to add your rental, we’re now getting ready to mark your property as Active. There are a few small steps that need to be accomplished:

  1. We’ll send you a countersigned copy of our contract.

  2. We’ll install one of our automated electronic lockboxes on your property to help with self-tours and make sure they’re secure.

  3. We’ll gather all necessary marketing assets such as internal and external photos and 3D assets as needed.

  4. If the property is currently occupied, we’ll mark it as Coming Soon a few weeks before they leave.

  5. Lastly, in case you’ve added your property on other listing platforms, they need to be removed immediately. This ensures that your property can be seamlessly syndicated across other listing sites via Poplar.
