Searching for a rental property on Poplar Homes is a simple and intuitive process.

Here are several pointers to make your search process smoother.

1. Go to the Poplar Homes renters page.

This is where you can find your dream Poplar Home.

2. Scroll down to the Find your new home search bar.

Enter your desired rental's address, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms. You can also enter your property type:

Single Family Home
Apartment
Townhouse
Duplex/Triplex
Fourplex

After entering the details, click or tap the Find a Poplar Home button.

3. Search for as many rentals as you want on the results page.

If you can't find rental homes at the address, you can change the address itself, the price, and the number of bedrooms.

You may also add more than one property type on the results page. Just check multiple boxes. Check the WFH Ready checkbox to find rental homes that have work-from-home setups.

You may also search for more rental homes by moving the map around at the right side of the screen (if you're browsing on your desktop device.)

When you find a rental home that fits your budget, just click or tap on it to view more details.

4. Check out more details on the rental home's listing page. You can apply for the home here, schedule a tour, and find if you're prequalified using our Prequalification Calculator.
