We're introducing the new Autopay to make your online rent payment experience better. You can set up recurring payments for your entire balance so you don’t have to worry about missing payments or late fees.

What's new?

Your full balance paid on time, every time

Previously, when scheduling payments, you could only include recurring charges. With the new Autopay, you can now include not only your rent and recurring charges but also incoming charges such as utilities and repairs due for the month. This means that you no longer need to track your bills or make separate payments for each expense, ensuring a smooth payment process.

Simplicity and flexibility

Setting up Autopay is a breeze, and we've also made it flexible to suit your needs. If you're part of a renter group, you have the option to split your payments equally among your co-residents or assign a specific percentage for each person. You can even choose which residents are responsible for making the payments.

How do you set up Autopay?

If not ALL paying residents have linked bank accounts, Autopay will not push through, and one resident must pay the full amount through Pay Now.

Overdue rent will also be included in your Autopay if applicable. If you have other overdue charges apart from rent, you can pay them through Pay Now.

If you're renting alone

  1. Go to the Payments page on your dashboard

  2. Click Setup Autopay

  3. View your charges and choose Next

  4. Review your setup and link your bank account, then select Proceed

  5. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by ticking the checkbox

  6. Hit Confirm

If you're renting with a group

  1. Go to the Payments page on your dashboard

  2. Click Setup Autopay

  3. Verify your charges then choose Next

  4. Select the residents who are included in the payment

  5. Split the charges equally or set a percentage for each resident

  6. Make sure that your total percentage is 100%, then click Next

  7. Review your setup and link your bank account, then select Proceed

  8. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions by ticking the checkbox

  9. Hit Confirm

How do you update Autopay details?

Please note that any changes made to Autopay will apply to the entire renter group if you’re part of one.

  1. Go to the Payments page on your dashboard

  2. Tap the ellipsis on the right and select Edit

  3. Verify your charges then choose Next

  4. Select the residents who are included in the payment
