Here's how to check if your resident has paid rent:
Check your Activity Timeline
Tap the Home icon
To open the full view of your activity timeline, drag it upwards
Look for the notification entitled "Renter has fully paid rent". That means your resident has sent their full rent payment online or via mail.
We will also send you a notification if we've transferred the payout to your bank.
Checking other transactions
Go to your Transactions page to check your portfolio balance, bills due, income, and expenses.
