Follow the simple steps below in your portal to submit a support ticket:
For Homeowners
Log in to your Homeowner Dashboard.
Select the Messages tab on the left menu of your Dashboard, or click the orange bubble icon on the bottom right corner of your screen.
Create a New Message and choose a category for your support ticket.
Type your inquiry in the text box to generate a support ticket. Once you've submitted your ticket, a member of our Customer Success Team will respond to your inquiry within 24 to 48 hours.
For Residents
Log in to your Resident Dashboard.
Select the Help tab on the left menu of your Poplar Resident Dashboard.
Choose between browsing our top support articles for the fastest resolution or sending an inquiry to our team. If you submit an inquiry, someone from our dedicated Customer Success team will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
