Making sure that your Insurance documents are updated is important. It protects you and your property in case there is loss or damage.

Here’s how to upload your Insurance Documents

Just go to your Homeowner dashboard. Here’s how:

  1. Go to Documents

  2. Choose a property.

  3. Click on Upload File.

  4. Locate and select the file from your device.

  5. Click on Open. This will upload the file.

  6. Click on Next. You will get a confirmation that your document has been uploaded.

Alternatively, if you're a new user, you’ll be directed to upload your documentation as you complete your Onboarding Checklist.

Along the way you’ll be provided a screen similar to this:

To upload your documents, just follow these steps:

  1. Select the button that says Choose File right below the Owner's Liability Insurance.

  2. Locate and select the file from your device.

  3. Click on Open to upload the file.

  4. Click on Next. You’ll see a screen that confirms your document has been uploaded.

You can upload your Home Warranty and CC&R as needed by following the same steps.

As provided in Section: Owner's Duties. Term C: Property and Liability Insurance, you will need to upload an updated copy of your Certificate of Insurance every year.
