We heard you wanted some features so we made changes to your Homeowner’s Dashboard that will improve its utility and enhance your experience.
What we changed:
Earning Tracker - We previously had a section called Earnings. This will continue showing your total earnings from all income collected less all your expenses for a year.
Expenses Tracker - This widget will help you track the total expenses spent for all the properties in your portfolio during the current month
Rent Collected Tracker - You’ll be able to check the total rent collected for all the properties in your portfolio during the current month in this widget.
Transactions - This provides you with a visual breakdown of your revenue for the past 6 months, the rent collected, and the expenses of all your properties. The VIEW button will transfer you to your account’s Transactions Page.
Work Order Tracker - Tracking Work Orders can be a bit confusing. To make it easier for you, the Work Order widget will show you all work orders that are being scheduled, being worked on by our service providers, or waiting for estimate approvals. The VIEW button will transfer you to your account’s Maintenance Page where you can take care of any Work Orders that need updating.
Occupancy Tracker - This widget will remind you of your Occupancy Rate, which is computed by the total number of properties in your portfolio divided by the occupied properties. The VIEW button will transfer you to your account’s Properties Page where you can review and update the details of your rentals.
Activity Timeline - This widget gives you important notifications related to rent collection, maintenance work orders, lease renewal activities, and more so that you’re always on top of matters related to your properties.
