Signing in
After creating your account, you can log in and start using your dashboard anytime. You can access the Poplar website using any browser on your desktop computer or mobile phone.
Using your dashboard
Use your dashboard to complete your account details, set up your property listings, monitor inquiries and tours, track your transactions, and manage maintenance issues. If you have multiple properties or units, you can also add new listings on your Homeowner dashboard.
Once your tenants have moved in, you can use your dashboard to manage maintenance issues and track your earnings and expenses.
Getting tenants
To help you start your journey in earning from your rental portfolio, Poplar Homes markets your listings across multiple platforms and sites. You may also monitor the progress of your listings - from checking the volume of inquiries and tours from prospective renters up until the qualified tenant moves in their new home.
