How to know if your resident has paid rent?

Track income, expenses, and payouts in your web app

There are two ways to check if your resident has paid rent:

Check your Activity Timeline

  1. Log in to your web app at poplarhomes.com/login

  2. On the right side of your screen, you will see your activity timeline

  3. If you see an activity card that says "Rent fully paid", that means your resident/s has fully paid their rent through their dashboard

  4. After a resident pays their rent, we'll automatically process the payout transfer to your account. It may take 3–5 business days for the transfer to complete.

Go to your Transactions page

  1. Log in to your web app at poplarhomes.com/login

  2. Go to your Transactions page

  3. Scroll down to see a list of your transaction history

  4. When a resident pays rent, this will show on your transaction history as an item with a Paid status.
