If you chose to fix an issue yourself, make sure to send in an invoice of the completed work so we can track your rental’s maintenance.
Here’s a step by step process on how to upload the invoice on your dashboard:
Navigate to your dashboard’s Maintenance tab.
Go to your Open work orders and select the work order with a Pending Owner Work status.
Tap the Invoices tab and Click ‘Upload Invoices’
Upload up to 3 files as proof of completed maintenance work for your property.
