Creating an Account

To create an account, just provide your email, phone number, and password. You can update your password on the Settings page.

Signing in

After creating your account, you can log in and start using your dashboard anytime. You can access the Poplar website using any browser on your desktop computer or mobile phone.

Using your dashboard

Use your dashboard to complete your profile, find rental homes, track your inquiries and tours, and manage your applications. If you’re applying for a rental as a group, you can also add members to your profile using your dashboard.

When you get approved for a rental home, use your dashboard to request maintenance services and pay rent and other bills.

Finding a Poplar home

Start your search on the Poplar Homes renters page. Once you find a rental home that you like, take a 3D Virtual Tour, Self Tour, or a Guided Tour with a Poplar representative. If you like the rental, you can start applying for it. Find out how you can qualify for a Poplar home.

Poplar StreetCred for Renters

Poplar StreetCred is a program for Poplar renters who want to own homes in the future. Each time you pay rent, you also earn StreetCred points. You can then redeem these points as cashback when you buy a home on Poplar.

Renting with a Group

You can rent with a group on Poplar. On your dashboard, go to Group Details and add members to your group. You can also join a renter group by invitation. Just check your email for the Group ID that we’ll send when someone invites you.
