No, each rental on Poplar Homes has a varying MIC. It isn’t fixed because the amount will depend on the rental’s features and the details you’ve input on your application.
For example, if you stated in your application that you don’t have a pet or if you have an Emotional Support Animal (ESA), your MIC won’t include a Pet Deposit.
