You have to pay us the Move-In Cost within 24 hours after signing the lease.

Once you get approved on Poplar Homes, we will send you the lease and an email containing the Move-In Cost Summary.

Before you pay the Move-In Cost, make sure to review the Move-In Cost Summary in your email. You can also view it on your Poplar Resident Dashboard.
