Yes! You can still tour and/or apply for a rental property, even if you’re not prequalified.
If you’re not prequalified but still want to apply for a rental, simply do these things:
Apply with other adults (if you're renting with a group)
Get a cosigner or pay a double security deposit
Send a previous landlord reference
