Paying Rent By Check
To ensure the prompt processing of your payments, please include the following information in the memo line:
Contract Number - Please write your unique contract number to help us identify your rental account. You can find this number on your dashboard.
Property Address - Including your complete property address enables us to correctly attribute your payment to your specific unit.
We will not process payments that do not contain both the contract number and the complete property address to prevent delays and misallocations.
Paying by check is a slower process and more prone to delays. But if you choose to pay your rent by check, please send your rent before the due date to the correct address below:
