After each tour, renters will receive a text message with a link to the rental property’s feedback page.

If they’re interested, we’ll give them a link to the Poplar Renter Dashboard where they can complete our easy online application process.

If renters take more time to decide, our Portfolio Specialists will regularly follow up with them after the tour.

Renters can also apply through your rental property’s Poplar Homes listing or the links sent to them in the follow-up SMS or emails.

If they need help completing their applications, they can contact our helpline 628-269-3074.

As soon as we get a pre-approved, complete application, we’ll send it to you for approval!

You can view inquiries, tours, and applications to your rental property on your Poplar Homeowner Dashboard at any time.

Your Poplar Leasing Specialist will also update you about applications through email or calls.

Fielders are scheduled to patrol your rental property and check these 5 items to increase its security:

  1. Verify the Self Tour lockbox

  2. Test keys for valid access

  3. Submit a photo of each door entry to ensure no breaches

  4. Submit a photo of each bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room to verify the condition of the home

  5. Submit a photo of the keys in the lockbox
