Guided Tours can get canceled for these reasons: 

  1. When a renter has not confirmed their attendance;

  2. When a Fielder is not available to give a tour on the scheduled date; or

  3. When the rental property has already been leased before a scheduled tour.

We rarely cancel tours, but if it happens, we will contact you and the renter right away.

We also send renters an SMS with a link to your rental property's listing page. There, they can book a new tour and select another schedule.

Renters can also call our booking helpline at 628-269-3074 for assistance. Our associates will be happy to help them book a new tour.
