What should I do if my tour got canceled?

We rarely cancel tours, but if it happens we will contact you right away. 

If the property you want is still available, we will send you an SMS with a link to the property’s listing page where you can book a new tour.

In case the home you want is no longer available, we’ll send you an SMS with a link to our Rental Listings page. You can also click here to browse other listings you might be interested in.

Don’t worry though, we’ll also email you a list of nearby homes with the same tour schedule as yours.
