Here's what to expect after booking a Poplar Home Tour.

What happens after I schedule my Tour?

  • After you book a Home Tour, we’ll follow up with you regularly until your scheduled time and date so you don’t miss it.

  • You must confirm if you’re attending, rescheduling, or canceling through the links sent to you through SMS or email.

  • Finalize your attendance at least two hours before your showing to avoid cancellations.

What happens if I can’t make it?

If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, there are three ways to notify us:

  • Use the link we sent via SMS or email

  • Reply “No” to the SMS we sent you

  • Call us at (628)-269-3074.

    Our lines are open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m to 12 mn PST.

    We’ll be happy to help you find a new schedule that works for you!
