What happens after I schedule my Tour?
After you book a Home Tour, we’ll follow up with you regularly until your scheduled time and date so you don’t miss it.
You must confirm if you’re attending, rescheduling, or canceling through the links sent to you through SMS or email.
Finalize your attendance at least two hours before your showing to avoid cancellations.
What happens if I can’t make it?
If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, there are three ways to notify us:
Use the link we sent via SMS or email
Reply “No” to the SMS we sent you
Call us at (628)-269-3074.
Our lines are open from Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 12 mn PST.
