For property owners who want management, maintenance, and home improvements in one premium package, Poplar 360 is the best fit for you.

Features:

Everything in Basic Management, plus...

  • Maintenance credit of up to $3,000**; and

  • Home Improvement credit of up to $1,000**.

For owners who want to try out Poplar's services, you can start with the Basic Management package and upgrade to 360 later on if you wish. If your property is currently tenant-occupied and you'd like to switch management, contact us.
