Poplar Homes handles all inbound maintenance requests from our residents by allowing them to upload photos and details via their resident dashboard. Our team then prioritizes the maintenance issue and then works with third-party local contractors and prime service providers to address the issue. We will coordinate and communicate with the Poplar homeowner, residents, and prime service provider to schedule a time for our maintenance vendor to visit and resolve the issue. Poplar Homes will also manage the billing for maintenance by accepting an invoice from our prime service provider and then deducting the cost of maintenance from the Poplar homeowner's next month rent payout. The cost of maintenance IS NOT included in Poplar Homes’ monthly management fee
