Poplar StreetCred will not change our relationship as partners. We will still accept renter and property owner referrals and exclusively refer to you any clients that were originally given to us by you.

For any Poplar Homes (formerly Onernet) residents enrolled in Poplar StreetCred, we will offer them first and foremost our services as a buyer’s agent if they choose to purchase a home in the future. They must use Poplar StreetCred to purchase a home if they wish to redeem the 20% of rent savings credit that they’ve accumulated over time living with us.

Real estate broker and agent partners can still make referrals of property owners or renters to Poplar Homes. If that referral ends up deciding to buy or sell, we will still refer them back to you first.
