To protect you and your property from damages and liability, Poplar requires homeowners to get Homeowners’ Liability Insurance (HOLI) and Home Warranty.
Here’s how to add your HOLI and Home Warranty
Log in to your Homeowner dashboard.
Go to your Properties Tab.
Select a property and click the “Complete Now” button.
Click the “Insurance & Warranty” tab.
To upload your insurance documents, click “Add Insurance” and fill out the required details.
Upload your insurance documents, then click “Save.”
To add your Home Warranty documents, click “Add Home Warranty” and fill out the required information.
Upload your home warranty documents, then click “Save.”
Once you’ve added your HOLI and Home Warranty, we will prepare your property for listing.
