What is Owner Contribution?

As a Homeowner, you can send funds to help with the upkeep and maintenance of your property. You can allocate funds to cover repair, maintenance, and improvement expenses, with a maximum limit of $15,000.

When should I add a contribution?

You can add funds at any time, but it's best to do it early on, well before any maintenance issues arise on your property. Keep in mind that it will take 1-3 days for the Owner Contribution to be processed via ACH.

How do I add a contribution?

  1. Log in to your Homeowner Dashboard at poplarhomes.com/login.

  2. Go to your Transactions Page.

  3. Choose Add Contribution in the upper right corner of the page.

  4. Select which bank to withdraw the Contribution from.

  5. Select a portfolio or property.

  6. Enter the amount you want to contribute, keeping in mind the $15,000 limit.

  7. Indicate the Purpose of your contribution.

  8. Authorize the transaction by ticking the box.

  9. Choose Add.

  10. Once you receive confirmation, click Got it.

Again, please allow us 1-3 days to process your contribution via ACH.
