  • As part of our agreements on your signed lease, you are required to provide an updated renter insurance that includes the owner and the property manager as additional insured.

  • Uploading your insurance beyond your lease start date means you’re breaking our lease agreement.

  • With an updated renter insurance, you can easily get compensated for losses that involve your personal property in situations such as fire, flood, or theft

Take note:

Your renter insurance's effective date coverage should cover your entire lease term. For example, if you're extending your lease for 12 months starting Dec 30, 2022, to Dec 30, 2023, your updated insurance should also cover the same duration.
