Stay on top of your portfolio’s financial activities through the Transactions page.
Here’s how to navigate your Transactions page
Go to the Transactions page on your Homeowner dashboard.
You will find four cards: Portfolio Balance, Bills Due, Income Collected, and Expenses Paid.
By default, you will see the amounts and transactions for all your properties within the past month. To check your transactions for a specific property, click on All Properties above the cards. You can also change the covered dates on the pop-up calendar located in the top right corner of the page.
Below the cards, you will find the transaction details, including the date, type, amount, and payer information. You will also see the status of each transaction, whether it's Paid or Unpaid.
5. You can also Add Utility Bill in the top right corner to charge your resident for the bills.
