There are two ways to check if your resident has paid rent:
Check your Activity Timeline
Log in to your web app at poplarhomes.com/login
On the right side of your screen, you will see your activity timeline
If you see an activity card that says "Rent fully paid", that means your resident/s has fully paid their rent through their dashboard
After a resident pays their rent, we'll automatically process the payout transfer to your account. It may take 3β5 business days for the transfer to complete.
Go to your Transactions page
Log in to your web app at poplarhomes.com/login
Go to your Transactions page
Scroll down to see a list of your transaction history
When a resident pays rent, this will show on your transaction history as an item with a Paid status.
