If you’re not prequalified, here’s what you can do when you apply to get pre-approved:
Apply with other adults (if you're renting with a group)
Add another member with at least a 600 credit score
Send a previous landlord reference
Don't worry if you're unprequalified. You can still apply and schedule a tour for the rental home you like.
