You can immediately apply for the property after your tour! 

You’ll get a text message with a link to the property’s feedback page. Go to the link and click “Interested” to take you to our Application Center. You can also apply directly from the property’s listing page on our website.

Once you’re in the Application Center, fill in the necessary details and upload all the required documents to finish your profile. If you’re with a group, make sure all your members finish their respective profiles, too. Completing all your profiles fast tracks your application so you can qualify sooner.

Just a tip, other renters may also be applying for the same property. Our advice is to finish your application as soon as possible so you can get ahead of them!
