For properties under Poplar Standard and Poplar 360, prospects can view your property with our Poplar Homes Tours, namely Self-Tours, Guided Tours, and 3D Virtual Tours.

For properties under our Leasing Only services, prospects can view your property with Self-Tours. Guided tours are still provided for furnished properties, renter-occupied, and owner-occupied properties.

Each home tour is designed to engage prospects and gain maximum traction for your property.

​Self-Tours use electronic lockboxes to give prospective renters the most convenience with flexible tour schedules any day of the week. Self-Tour homes get up to 10-15 successful tours a day while Guided Tours are conducted on a property only once a day.

​Guided Tours are made possible by our Fielders, who show the prospective renters all aspects of your home. Our Fielders can also show the property to multiple prospects at a time.

​3D Virtual Tours allow prospects who don't have time to view properties in person to do a 360 virtual walkthrough of each room of your property. These 3D Tours are available for showing and move-in ready properties that aren't currently Poplar Homeowner or resident occupied.
