After you’ve seen the property, make sure you securely lock it then return the key inside the lockbox. Close the lockbox to automatically lock it.

If you accidentally close the lockbox before returning the key, give us a call at (408) 809-0998 and we'll send a new lockbox code to open it so you can return the key inside.
