Everyone over the age of 18 is required to complete a rental screening.

If approved, all residents over the age of 18 must be on the lease (no subletting).

To add new residents to the lease, the current residents must inform Poplar Homes (formerly Onerent) in advance.

The new residents will have to pass the rental screening.
