Our fielders have plenty of hands-on experience in rental property inspections and know what exactly qualifies a rental home for habitability standards and our certification standards.
Some of our fielders have experience in real estate or as fully licensed contractors.
Fielders spend their days doing the following:
Assessing the rental property’s conditions to create a customized report
Create a plan of action. They list what needs to be done to a rental property to get it ready for tours.
Since their assignments are based on territory, they know exactly what condition your rental property needs to be in, for it to generate the most cash flow in your market.
