Section 8 and other housing applications will also be accepted and processed according to the laws in the state and county in which the property resides.

By the way, while some locations allow Section 8 to be assessed as income, some do not. That's why before you submit an application to Poplar, we suggest you find out about your city or county's Section 8 rules.
