After signing up as a renter, on the Application Center of your Renter Dashboard, you’ll notice a prompt asking you to “Complete Your Profile.” This is part of the rental application process and is explained in context of the full application process in our article How to Apply to a Property for Existing Renters.
Completing your profile means completing all the steps required for your rental application and includes:
Build Your Profile: Contact info, self-reported employment and credit info, and creating your renter group if necessary.

We recommend you complete all steps of the Profile as part of your initial application to a property. This will maximize your chances of qualification and ensure the property owner has all the right details to approve your group to rent quickly.
