If you're renting as a group, you must join a Renter Group to complete your application.

Here are two easy ways to join a Renter Group:

1. First, make sure to create an account as a renter on Poplar Homes. Click For Renters button to start creating an account.

2. On your resident dashboard, you will see these tabs on the right side. Click the Group tab and click Join Group Now.

3. Enter your Group ID and click Find.

4. Poplar Homes will then verify your Group ID. If your Group ID is verified, it will display an orange checkmark on the right side of the text field. Click Continue to join your Renter Group.

5. After clicking Continue, you will be led to your own Resident Dashboard. That means you now have joined a Renter Group and you have your own account on Poplar Homes.

1. First, go to poplarhomes.com and click the Signup button.

2. Next, click Enter your Group ID.

2. Enter your Group ID on the text field and click Find.

3. Poplar Homes will then verify your Group ID. If your Group ID is verified, it will display an orange checkmark on the right side of the text field. Click Continue to join your Renter Group.

4. After clicking Continue, you will be led to your own Resident Dashboard. That means you have successfully joined a Renter Group, and you have your own account on Poplar Homes.

If you were invited by another group member, follow the steps below to join your group:

Finish your application as soon as possible to get ahead of other renters.

If your application has been approved by the homeowner, there is a service fee of $50 for each adult member of your group. This fee covers the costs of lease and payment processing.

No worries though, you will only pay the service fee once you've signed the lease.
