1. Go to your chosen Poplar Homes listing and click ''Apply Now''.

2. You'll be redirected to create a Poplar Homes account. To create an account, add in your email address, phone number, password, and desired move-in date.

3. After creating an account, you'll get a head start to complete your application.

4. Completing your application takes six steps:

1. Background Details

2. Group Details

3. Employment Details

4. Verify Income

5. Review

6. Credit Check

5. Once you're doing completing your details, your application will be verified. You'll receive an email and SMS informing you about the status of your application soon.
